My name is Karima Bennis and I live in Casablanca, Morocco. A happy mother of three, I have also been a Doctor of Pharmacy since 1999. My journey took a turn when, after years of unsuccessful medical treatments, I regained my health thanks to Sujok. This experience transformed my outlook and led me to train in natural therapies.
Today, I am a member of the International Sujok Association (ISA) and hold several certifications in
Korean therapeutic practice which consists of stimulating specific points located on the hands, each point corresponding to an area or organ of the body.
Japanese energy practice which consists of transmitting universal energy by the laying on of hands, promoting harmony between body and mind.
Manual technique inspired by traditional Chinese medicine, consisting of exerting pressure on specific points of the body in order to stimulate the circulation of vital energy.
A therapeutic method which consists of stimulating specific points on the auricle, each point corresponding to a part of the body or an organic function.
Cupping therapy promises many benefits, even when only the back is targeted by the technique.
Cosmetic acupuncture or aculift: this treatment is an interesting alternative because it can treat the entire face and all types of wrinkles.
Naturopathy is a holistic approach to health that aims to stimulate the body's natural self-healing abilities through natural methods (diet, plants, manual techniques, stress management, healthy lifestyle).
Moxibustion is a therapeutic practice derived from Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). It involves heating specific points on the body using the burning of a herb called mugwort (moxa).
My work has become a true passion that I share every day with my patients.
I am driven by gratitude and the joy of contributing to their well-being, of accompanying them on the path to healing, and of seeing them smile again.
I deeply believe that the body and mind are connected. When one is out of balance, the other feels the effects.
This is why I use gentle, respectful methods adapted to each individual, in a soothing setting, to offer you a complete treatment experience.

Cupping therapy promises many benefits, even when only the back is targeted by the technique.
Recommended for relieving back pain (lower back pain, sciatica, lumbago, etc.), relaxing muscles, activating blood and lymphatic circulation, rebalancing energy, draining toxins, facilitating the body’s recovery, improving tissue repair, firming the skin and thus fighting cellulite, reducing stress, alleviating sleep disorders, etc. As you can see, cupping therapy has as many physical as psychological properties and affects the body’s overall well-being. This is possible because this treatment not only targets the area where the cups are placed, but also stimulates acupuncture points. It is for all these reasons that cupping therapy is particularly appreciated by elite athletes and people seeking absolute relaxation.

This treatment is an interesting alternative because it can treat the entire face and all types of wrinkles. It will treat wrinkles on the forehead, cheeks, and crow’s feet. It provides two satisfying results: the person will regain a face that looks as if they’ve taken a relaxing vacation (for a healthy glow).
Acupuncture can also eliminate some superficial fine lines (such as crow’s feet) because, thanks to the puncture, it creates restorative micro-inflammations in the epidermis.
The other advantage is that you won’t have to worry about side effects (apart from the appearance of bruises, which is rare), and also that this treatment will work inside your body, circulating blood to bring it back to the face.
This acupuncture-lifting method works on the facial muscles as well as acupuncture points. Through facial muscle work, Gua sha and silicone suction cups, and specific punctures using extremely fine needles, the muscles are stimulated to regain tone and firmness. Thus, the facial contours can be redefined, wrinkles smoothed, and the skin tightened, as if lifted. This technique also improves skin quality, restoring its evenness and radiance by enhancing microcirculation and regeneration.
The number of sessions can vary, with one session per week for the first month. Regularity is essential to achieve visible results. Over the course of the sessions, the facial contours are redefined, wrinkles are smoothed, dark circles and puffiness fade, and the complexion is fresher and brighter. The face appears younger. Once this protocol is completed, it is advisable to maintain it with 1 session every month.
